In Machine Learning, Visualization

In an article in the May, 2018 issue of POWER Magazine, SpaceTime explains how immersive environments like VR and AR can combine with machine learning analytics to produce significant improvements in operations. As POWER notes in its introduction to the article:

As data volume, variety, and velocity continue to accelerate, power plant operators increasingly encounter situations where 2-D desktop data visualization is insufficient to convey context for advanced analytics, visualization, and collaboration. Using the latest augmented and virtual reality (VR) technologies, combined with advanced analytics, produces solutions with immersive visualizations that can deliver information needed to improve operations, and use data from VR sessions to improve worker productivity.

SpaceTime has been a pioneer in the use of VR and gaming engine technologies to help utilities and others visualize operational environments with powerful machine learning analytics behind the scenes.
